Can I adjust the strap size?
We include a free tool kit with every order to help you adjust the strap correctly.
What movements does it use?
It features a precision automatic movement, powered by a high-quality Japanese caliber.
Do they have any kind of guarantee?
Yes , all our watches have a 2-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects , especially in the movement, to ensure optimal performance.

Where are watches assembled?
We assemble as many of our watches as possible in Sinaloa, but to reduce waiting times for our customers, we can use partner workshops in other cities in Mexico.
Are you affiliated with any brand?
No, under no circumstances.
We use genuine Cartier, Rolex, Seiko, and Citizen automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with parts customized exclusively for each client.
Are they water resistant?
Our watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM , meaning they are designed to withstand everyday water use, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.
Several factors can affect water resistance, such as a poorly screwed crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.
Finally, please note that the markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual water resistance level of the watches.
I can't find the watch I'm looking for.
Given the thousands of possible combinations, we can't display them all on our website. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the model you're interested in, and we'll create a custom order just for you.
Shipment
Shipping time.
We typically need between 2 and 6 hours to pack your watch. After that, shipping times can vary between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Will I have to pay import taxes in my country?
No, there are usually no additional costs. Although import taxes are the customer's responsibility, in most cases customs does not charge them, as we correctly declare the goods to avoid any problems.
How can I track my order?
Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This way, you can follow the status of your order as it arrives.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam folder.

Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as you place your order. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please contact us by email to check if there has been a problem with your order.
Before contacting us, please check your spam or junk mail folder , as the confirmation may have been redirected there.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a short time between placing your order and the start of its processing. If you contact us by email immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.
Your order will already be in the processing or shipping process, but you will still have the option to return it only if the watch is damaged.
To process any returns due to damage to the watch upon delivery, it is essential that the customer record a video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the moment they open the package. This allows us to verify that the product was received damaged and proceed with the appropriate solution.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
You can return the item within 90 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer free replacements if there is a problem with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
If you request a return, we will provide you with the most suitable return address. If you have any questions about sizing or other specifications, please feel free to email us.
